So if you use Quicken to print your checks, you need to look elsewhere. After doing some research for my dad, I started using Moneydance and just got him converted a few days ago. If you just do basic tracking of your bank accounts, then essentials is fine.. Otherwise, stick with what you have, or look @ other financial software. My dad purchased, and then promptly returned Quicken Essentials because it does NOT have a check printing feature. So if you use Quicken to print your checks, you need to look elsewhere. After doing some research for my dad, I started using Moneydance and just got him converted a few days ago.

I have Windows XP in VM Ware Fusion, and put XP in one space and Leopard in another. I also use it when I pay bills online. Quicken in one space, the web on another and my passwords on a third one.
