April is iPad Month
The wait is over. The iPad is released and appears to be selling like hotcakes. We’ll have at least one iPad to explore at the meeting – probably more. We know that at least two of our members have them. Dick Lennox will lead the charge, having ordered his within seconds of the opening of the pre-order process.
We’ll also cover the renewal of the MacBook Pro line. Units have reached retail outlets according to staff at The Mac Store.
As usual, the Macintosh Mystery Hour preceeds the main meeting.

Although not officially supported, Snow Leopard is now able to mount NTFS volumes with both read and write support.
NTFS Mounter simply uses this ability, and provides a simple user interface to the mount command for NTFS volumes.
